The NM Joshi Marg police have captured an eatery chief, who was driving the vehicle that crashed into a bicycle at the Phoenix Lower Parel flyover late Wednesday night, killing two individuals. Both the expired, Bhavesh Sanghvi, 28 and Krishna Kurhardkar, 26 were working in Worli's 3M vehicle display area. Addressing noontime, Bhavesh's senior sibling Rahul Sanghvi said, "Bhavesh and Krishna used to get back from the display area on a bicycle around 7 pm to 8 pm. That day they moved past with work late and keeping in mind that returning the mishap occurred close to the Lower Parel Phoenix Mall flyover. The vehicle, which was coming from the other way, abruptly took a U-transform and ran into their bicycle."

Addressing late morning, Advocate Mokashi said, "Kumar has got bail from the court. Some administrative work is left, he will be kept at NM Joshi police headquarters till it is finished." 

Observer says 

An observer of the mishap, Asfak Multani, who is an inhabitant of Pydhonie, said that he was getting back from his fabric store in Khar on his bike that evening. At the point when he arrived at the flyover at Lower Parel, the vehicle in front of him took a U-turn without giving any sign, and before long the bicycle coming from the contrary side slammed into it. The bicycle hit Multani's bike too, because of which he endured wounds. Multani told early afternoon, "The vehicle was in high velocity and it abruptly took a U-turn.
